It all starts with knowing your project. During the consultation, which we can perform by telephone or in person, we will assist you in defining the parameters of your search based on the following framework:
Know yourself.
Know the characteristics of your search: number of rooms, size, floor, elevator, exposure, type of building, renovations . . .
Know the location you desire: district, neighborhood, proximity to transportation . . .
Know the timing of your purchase: urgent, not urgent . . .
Know your objective: primary residence, secondary residence, investment, vacation rental . . .
Know your financing options: down payment, mortgage, individual, corporate…
Depending upon your search, we will analyze hundreds of listings, whether for sale by owner or through other real estate agencies, in order to find the apartment that corresponds to your criteria.
Paris Property Search will carefully pre-screen the listings we have found in order to visit the most apartments that fit your parameters.
We analyze the entire market.
You don’t waste your time, money or energy.

Paris Property Search will select approximate five to ten apartments through its screnning process. Before you perform site visits, we evaluate and present a selection of apartments that best fit your search criteria. For each apartment, we include a description, pricing, tax and maintenance charges, location, plan layout and photos, if available.
We typically organize your site visits over a period of one to two days and if necessary we can arrange transportation to optimize the time and number of visits on the scheduled day(s). After initial visits, we are available to schedule revisits for those apartments in which you are most interested.
