Property Search and Purchase

Prior to the search, we conduct a consultation to help you define your parameters, including location, size, budget, usage and holding period. After the introductory consultation, we begin the process of finding your apartment based on these parameters. We schedule and accompany you on the apartment visits. As part of our service, we provide a detailed analysis of the properties, including price, property taxes, monthly charges, and property descriptions. We can also arrange meetings with professionals to assist in the purchase decision. Once we’ve found the property of your dreams, we manage the entire process from negotiation through to closing.

Mortgage Assistance

We can also assist you in obtaining a mortgage and guide you through the purchase if you’ve already found your apartment. We will represent you at meetings with the Notaire in the signing of both the initial and final sales agreement, confirm that all the necessary diagnostics have been performed on the property by a certified independent, third party and assist you with the placement of property insurance necessary for the final closing. We will also seek out the best mortgage for you, complete the applications on your behalf, deliver the necessary documents to the bank and negotiate the offer.

Market Surveillance

If you are not yet ready to commit to a personalized search, but would like the tools in order to get you started, we can provide you with a customized market intelligence document. This document would provide you with the steps to purchasing an apartment in Paris as a non-resident, focus on the areas that are best for investment purposes and provide you historical real estate valuations and continuing trends. We will also provide you with a list of lending institutions to obtaining information on rates, programs and lending requirements.
