Our Methodology | How we work

Our mission is completed as follows:

1. You make your request by email:

2. Paris Property Search contacts you within 24 hours, confirms your project and provides you with an estimate of our fees.
3. If you are in agreement, Paris Property Search begins the search for your apartment.
4. You are informed each week regarding the status of your search which allows you to modify the criteria of the search.
5. You visit from 3 to 5 apartments that we have pre-screened from the dozens we have visited on your behalf.
6. If like the apartment, you sign the initial sales agreement or “compromis de vente” at the notaire’s office.
7. If there are no apartments that you like, Paris Property Search continues to look for you.
8. Paris Property Search assists you in working with lending institutions to finance your project.
9. Within two to three months after the initial sales agreement, you sign the final sales agreement at the closing which occurs in the notaire’s office.
10. The day of the final signature, you receive the keys to the apartment and Paris Property Search assists you in settling in. You can inquire regarding our services without any further obligation, because we guarantee that the first step is entirely at no cost or further obligation to you. Before you engage us, you will be informed of our fees in writing.
