Apartment Search:

Paris Property Search is a membre of FNAIM, the real estate organization in France. As a member of this organization, FNAIM protects the interests of its members, while holding them the strictest guidelines.

Through its control and audit processes, FNAIM monitors and upholds a code of ethics for all of its members.

Paris Property Search will receive no remuneration for its search consultation services performed in the context of a search mandate if you do not purchase an apartment found through our efforts:

  • If we are unable to complete your mission as defined by the parameters of the search mandate, we receive no compensation.
  • If we find an apartment based upon the criteria set forth in the search mandate, we will be compensated for the services provided, which are payable at the final closing of the transaction. The fees vary depending upon the source of the property and range from 2.5% to 5.0%. Please contact us for additional information regarding our commission structure.

In closing, purchasing an apartment using our expertise will save you more money than by doing it on your own.

Obtaining financing:

Paris Property Search proposes a service to our clients to assist them in obtaining financing through lenders with whom we have established relationships. This allows you the freedom to choose.

Paris Property Search provides this service free to its clients. We can assist you through the entire financing process including completing the application, compiling the necessary documents and evaluating the offers that are submitted from each lending institution.

Renovation and Project Management:

Depending upon the scope and nature of your project, Paris Property Search can put you in touch with architects, general contractors and artisans in renovating and outfitting your apartment. We can also assist you in submitting proposals for estimates. The fees associated with service are based upon the nature of the project.
