Yolanda Robins McCafferty, Client Director and her team will be your representatives at Paris Property Search.

Yolanda is perfectly bilingual, French and English. She will personally manage the process of your search and oversee the selection of the apartments, based on the parameters that you have defined together.

Yolanda is American, but French at heart. Her depth of knowledge and experience allows her to determine the value proposition of real estate, negotiate and manage the technical and legal aspects of the purchase process in order to assist you achieving your objective of owning in Paris.

We will present you with a selection of properties that will correspond to all or most of your criteria.

 

I will be your personal representative on behalf of Paris Property Search.

I will:

  • Assist you in defining realistic search criteria that corresponds to your needs.

    • We will establish those parameters together in order to prioritize each criterion.

  • Source all available market listings (agency, professional, for sale by owner, Internet, magazine, classifieds).

    Paris Property Search is equipped with state of the art, search technology that enables us to render an exhaustive list of properties for sale in select areas in the centre of Paris. You will have access to all available listings in those areas, whether through an agency or seller direct.

  • Visit the maximum number of apartments corresponding to your criteria in order to narrow the selection down to 3 or 4 of the best listings for your personal viewing.

    We will eliminate those properties that least corresponds to your search, to maximize your time and energy in visiting those apartments that best meet your parameters.

  • Create a search matrix report, either in English or French, describing the characteristics of the apartments found through the search, including price, size, location, description, relevant charges and taxes.

    My objective is to provide you with all the tools to make an informed decision regarding your purchase.
